One of the best I've ever had. Their hot pot and dry pots which is the main reason I frequent here often are amazing. I recommend everyone to try them if they haven't. I can't say I've tried much of the rest other than once I tried my partners General Tsos and it was OK.

Red and Blue is one of our go-tos for take out! Always enjoy some edamame, sushi rolls and sometimes some pineapple fried rice or other dishes. Quick, easy and always tasty!

(Uber Eats delivered 2/25/2021.) Working in Troy, NY for the week and I'm feeling lazy, PLUS, I had an Uber Eats coupon so I decided to use it! I had the hankering for some sushi and found this place. Here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Since I did not physically see the restaurant, I cannot comment on it. Service: Since an Uber Eats employee delivered my food, I cannot comment on the service, however, the food was ready in a timely manner in order to be picked up and brought to me. Food: So, I usually wouldn't even do a Yelp review for a restaurant that delivered to me, but he food I had was SO good I felt the need to. I started off with their edamame which were cooked well and deliciously salty. I then followed that up with 2 different specialty rolls. The New Year Roll is shrimp tempura, avocado and king crab all inside soybean paper then topped with seared tuna, sweet chili sauce as well as a wasabi mayonnaise. OH MY GOODNESS it was so delicious. Not to mention the roll was a great size and still warm. I can't describe the flavors, you just have to try it yourself. Next up was the Demon Roll which is identical to the New Year Roll, but there was no king crab, instead, there was wasabi lobster on top with the seared tuna. There's also no chili sauce, but an eel sauce with the wasabi mayonnaise. The flavors were just as good and so succulent. I LOVED their food. Value: Both of my specialty rolls were $13.00 (looking at the online menu the prices have increased by $1.00) and my edamame was only $5.00 (now $6.00). I think that's pretty great for sushi. I can think of many places where the food is much more expensive! In conclusion, I loved the food from this place and when I'm in the area again I'll be sure to pay this place an actual visit!
